Performance Opportunities
Our studio offers three types of performance opportunities each year. These events serve as rites of passage in your child's music education. They provide students with specific and measurable goals, public recognition, tangible rewards, and a sense of progress and accomplishment. Preparation for a recital provides a unique experience in which the student can develop his or her long-term project management skills.
1) a formal classical recital, held each spring. These recitals are open to the public.
2) trophy recitals, held online. Participating students each perform five pieces from memory and receive the trophy associated with the level just completed.
3) a piano party, alternating each year between a pops and holiday theme, for the entire family.
Our studio does not participate in piano competitions at this time.
